Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SeriaLab. By creating an account or using any part of the platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use SeriaLab.

1. The service

SeriaLab lets you generate AI-driven series content — scripts, characters, scenes, images, video — using third-party AI providers (Anthropic, fal.ai, OpenAI). The generated outputs are subject to each provider's license, summarized on the AI disclosure page.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of prompts and approved outputs to the extent permitted by the upstream model license. You grant SeriaLab a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

3. Acceptable use

• No content involving minors in sexual contexts.
• No deepfakes of real people without explicit consent.
• No content designed to deceive about real-world events.
• No content that violates upstream provider policies.

Generations that trigger our pre- or post-gen moderation classifiers may be blocked and refunded. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

4. Credits and billing

SeriaLab uses a credit system. Credits never expire. Monthly granted credits reset on renewal; bought credits persist. Failed generations are refunded; successful generations are non-refundable. Refunds for billing errors are handled case-by-case via support.

5. Account deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. After a 7-day grace period (during which you can cancel), your projects, characters, episodes, scenes, and generated assets are deleted. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and audit obligations.

6. Liability

SeriaLab is provided "as is." We are not liable for outputs produced by AI providers nor for downstream use of those outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are versioned (see top of page). Continued use after a version bump constitutes acceptance.
